‘Louisa returns home from America for the first time in 5 years. Warped by a secret and steering her relationship with her Mother and Grandmother, she discovers that some secrets are better kept hidden. A play about matriarchy and how far we go to protect the ones we love.’

What is ScriptSpace?
It’s a script development service delivered by the Space which culminates in ‘prepared readings’ of brand new plays followed by an informal feedback session and networking opportunity.

What’s it for?
To help playwrights develop ‘early draft’ work, giving them an opportunity to hear the work read aloud, see it on its feet and receive thoughts and ideas from the audience, director and actors.
